Due to continued demand for their products and services, they are looking to grow their team with the appointment of a Project Co-ordinator on a permanent basis.

As a Project Co-ordinator you will be assist in the programming, cost control, procurement, expediting & execution of project works undertaken by the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attend contract start up meeting and assist the projects team in delivering the project on time and on budget.
- Undertake, control and monitor schedules for the timely completion of drawings, fabrication and delivery associated with all projects.
- Liaise with customers on the progress of their projects and anticipated deliveries, issues and rectification plans.
- Liaise internally with each department Sales, drawing office, production, despatch to ensure on track and meeting the required programme.
- Resolve internal and external problems on projects with assistance from the project team.
- Adherence to all quality assurance and health and safety procedures in line with divisional policy.
- Responsible for the accurate & timely placement and expediting of all sub-let engineering, fabrication & sub-contract works ensuring budgetary, quality & delivery requirements are met in accordance with project requirements.
- Maintain all contractual requirements in respect of information flow, instructions, variations and day works.
- Assist on measurement information, claims and entitlements.
- Assist where directed on general business matters
- To maintain registers of information received from the client
The ideal qualifications and experience of a Project Co-ordinator:
- A engineering qualification is desirable
- Minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role
