Responsibilities of a Senior Civil Engineer:
- Design of post-tensioned, reinforced concrete tanks in testing environmental conditions, from concept to completion.
- Prepare feasibility, FEED and technical studies and also involved in the third party review of other contractors’ designs as part of the Project Management Consultants team (PMC).
- Prepare Cost/Time/Resource (CTR) estimates and monitor progress and project budgets.
- Produce economical design solutions for EPC projects, studies and enquiries
- Responsibility for the technical quality of work carried out, performance of personnel within the team and the management of design sub-contracts
Desired Qualifications of a Senior Civil Engineer:
- BSc or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Experience of leading civil designers within a multi discipline engineering division
- Heavy civil engineering design such as oil/gas, bridge design, water retaining structures and nuclear design
